At 5-Star Car Rentals, we want your rental experience to be safe, simple, and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know before you hit the road:

Egligibility

• Must be 21 years or older (25+ for luxury vehicles).
• Have a valid driver’s license (International Permit required if not in English/French).
• Bring your ID or Passport.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.

Rental Agreement

• A signed rental contract is required before pickup.
• Pay rental fee + refundable deposit before vehicle release.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
• Extensions? Just let us know 12 hours in advance.

Usage & Restrictions

• Use the car on public paved roads only.
• No off-road driving, racing, or lending the car to others.
• Return the car with the same fuel level.
• Keep the vehicle in good condition – report any issues right away.

Insurance & Liability

• All cars include basic third-party insurance.
• Extra coverage (CDW or Comprehensive) available for more protection.
• You are responsible for fines, fuel, and damages caused by misuse.
• In case of an accident:
  • Call the police
  • Inform 5-Star Car Rentals immediately.
