Five Star Car Rentals was born from personal experience. Returning home as part of the Rwandan diaspora, I discovered that renting a car was filled with obstacles — middlemen, hidden costs, and unnecessary delays. Our daily rates start from $30 per day for a compact SUV such as the Toyota Rav4 and go up to $120 per day for premium vehicles like the Mercedes-Benz GLC300 or our Toyota Van. Every vehicle page lists its daily price, and daily, weekly and monthly rentals are available.

Yes. We offer self-drive car rental in Kigali and across Rwanda for customers with a valid driving licence, as well as chauffeur-driven options if you prefer a professional driver.

Yes. We provide Kigali airport transfers and airport car rental, with pickup and drop-off arranged in advance so a vehicle is waiting when you land.

Yes. Our fleet includes SUVs and 4x4 vehicles such as the Toyota Prado Land Cruiser, Prado TXL, Toyota Rav4, Kia Sorento and Toyota Highlander Hybrid.
